Yoga Chair Yoga

We have had requests for another Yoga Chair Yoga class.  Benefits yoga include balance, strength, flexibility and protection from injury. This one hour class will meet for four weeks beginning Wednesday, May 17 at 1 pm.  Click here for more information.
