Yoga Chair Yoga

Benefits yoga include balance, strength, flexibility and protection from injury. This one hour class will meet for eight weeks beginning Thursday, May 3 at 9:30 am til 10:30 am. There will be no class on June 21.   Call Kari Pohar to register at 847 740-6708.
