Yoga Chair Yoga starts on October 1
Yoga Chair Yoga for Seniors beginning October 1.
Benefits of yoga include balance, strength, flexibility and protection from injury. This one hour class will meet for four weeks on Tuesday, October 1, 8, 15 and 22 from 1:30 pm til 2:30 pm.
